Dr. Aravind is the BEST. He has been my only audiologist after seeing multiple doctors to truly care, and be patient and listen to my issues.

The young man who cleaned my ears of wax today was very gentle, and was very patient with my nevousness. Would recommend this practice for anyone having trouble with ears.

Visited this clinic yesterday after several months of ongoing issues with my hearing, seeing my GP and being prescribed antibiotics and ear drops with no avail, CT scan ordered, normal scan. referred me to an ENT specialist, 4months to wait for an appt! Meantime, saw 2 different audiologists, one who did microsuction but did not resolve the issue, the other one did not do microsuction but did a thorough testing for a small fee with very good explanation and suggested I come here. What a relief!! I can hear! ENT specialist appointment cancelled! Thank you so much for your expertise, explanation and excellent results!! What a blessing to finally hear the finer things of life!!
PS: going to the GP to suggest she refer her patients to this clinic before ordering CT scans and referring to ENT specialists🙂.

My Husband had a hearing test today at Hearclear in Cranbourne.
Dr Aravind was exeptional very professional and a very nice and kind person and he explained everything to us in detail.
So happy we got referred to him from our GP.

I would highly recommend Hearclear for anyone having issues with their hearing. I had less than 10 percent of my hearing left due to severe blockages in both ears and when I left the Hearclear clinic my hearing was fully restored. Thank you so much for being so gentle and patient with me !!!!

Aravind is a polite, friendly genuine person and i felt immediately at ease. It's refreshing to be greeted with a smile and to meet a professional with a sense of humor. Aravind professionally performed Micro-Suction on my very blocked ears and the entire process was virtually pain free... Micro-Suction was an unusual sensation but i found it relaxing. Aravind has the ability to explain in clear simple detail any ear issues you have and fully understand where to proceed if wish. There is no push or shove and i like that. Please consider Aravind as was a pleasure to be treated by this man. Cheers and thank you Aravind.

Great service by Aravind had my left ear blocked deep wax and his micro suction tool got it all cleared out. Won't be using the doctors water syringe method ever again.

My first visit with Aravind was very positive. I found him to be a professional and thorough in his work. My hearing test was excellent and stress free. Highly recommend Aravind for his efficiency, being competent and wonderful friendly manner. Extremely happy!!!!

The service that I receive from Hear Clear was excellent. Aravind was very friendly and helpful. This was the first time I had micro suction and the process was simple and I felt at ease throughout the treatment. Wish I found this clinic sooner, highly recommend.

Wonderful clinic! The staff were very warm and welcoming. This was the first time having my ears micro-suctioned and it was such a simple and quick procedure compared to the ear-syringe technique typically done at the GP. Dr Aravind was very gentle, kind and took the time to explain everything to me. I would highly recommend this clinic to everyone!
